2009 Information - 2010 rates have not been set at this time.

Camping is available at the facility for $16.20 a night for 2009, including the 7% accommodations tax. Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance: click here to reserve. If you have any questions, you may call Steve Felsberg with the SC State Fairgrounds at 803-799-3387.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation

Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to download available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. The current tax rate, County and State combined, is 7% for County, City, State. In the past, the tax department has come to the show on Sunday afternoon to collect taxes.

Exhibitor Tickets

Exhibitor tickets are available. These tickets may be used for additional workers, family or very special customers. Remember, booth badges are only for people actively working in your booth. Please contact our office for more information.

Advertising Materials

The following advertising materials are available to exhibitors and are ordered on the individual show contracts. For more information, contact our office.

Stickers: These stickers are to be placed on your personal postcards or mailings, giving your customers a $1 discount on the purchase of an adult ticket. One sheet contains 50 stickers.

It is very important that you let your previous customers know that you will be back in their area and they have the opportunity to shop with you.

Mailing List

Please share your mailing list for the Columbia area with us. We will let your customers know all that will be offered at this Classic. We can accept most formats on disk. You may email a text file to contact@gilmoreshows.com which is tab separated, and we will even type the information if disks are not available.
