Price:  $99/night for King Bed

$109/night for two Queen Beds

All guest room rates are subject to any Hotel service fee and the current tax (14%), plus any additional taxes or fees that may be owed at the time the rooms are occupied. Check-in Time is 3:00 pm and Check-out Time is 12 noon.

Cancellation Policy is before 6:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Camping Info

Camping at the facility is allowed for self contained vehicles only.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation
Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to down load available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. The current tax rate, County and State combined, is 9% for County, City, State.
Booth Accessories

Gilmore Shows provides the backside curtain for each exhibitor.

Exhibitor Tickets
Exhibitor tickets are available. These tickets may be used for additional workers, family or very special customers. Remember, booth badges are only for people actively working in your booth. Please contact our office for more information.
Advertising
We blitz the area through all media outlets including television on all four major networks, cable, radio, billboards, print, digital, social media, and through our database of customers via direct mail and email.
Mailing List
Please share your mailing list for the Charleston area with us. We will let your customers know all that will be offered at this Holiday Market. We can accept most formats on disk. You may email a text file to contact@gilmoreshows.com which is tab separated, and we will even type the information if disks are not available.
