Exhibitor Hours

Setup Hours:

All setup must be completed by Thursday, Nov. 25 at 6:30pm.

Nov. 23, 2022- Wed. (12noon - 6pm)
Nov. 24, 2022– Thu. (11am – 6:30pm)
There is NO Friday morning setup

Show Hours:
Exhibitors may enter one hour prior to the show opening.

Nov. 25, 2022– Fri. (9am – 6pm)
Nov. 26, 2022– Sat. (10am – 6pm)
Nov. 27, 2022 – Sun. (11am – 5pm)

Booth Removal:

Nov. 27, 2022 – Sun. (5pm – 8pm)

Camping Info

Overnight camping is available at the facility in the Lee Street Parking Lot. Contact the Coliseum at 336-373-7492 to reserve a space with power. There is also camping available at:

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation

Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to down load available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. The current tax rate, County and State combined, is 6.75% for County, City, State.
