Price:

$99.00/per night plus tax of 13.3% for single/doubles for 2022. Individuals are responsible for own room, tax and incidentals. Full breakfast is included in rate. Tickets will be provided at check-in.

Rates valid 10/4 - 10/10. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am.

Every attempt will be made to accommodate special requests for room types, smoking preferences and location, however, due to the arrival and departure patterns not all request may be able to be fulfilled.

Camping Info

Overnight parking is allowed at the facility for a cost of $15.00 per night. The full camping fee is charged even if you are fully self contained. You will need to register and pay the Civic Center office when you arrive. There are no hook-ups, restrooms or bath facilities available. Space is available on a first come-first serve basis.

The Berglund Center only accepts cash payments for camping.

Sales Tax / State Dept. of Taxation

Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payments of all sales tax. If tax forms are available prior to the show, they will be handed out at registration. You may visit the web site for the Department of Taxation to down load available forms or verify the tax rates for the area. Exhibitor tickets are available. These tickets may be used for additional workers, family or very special customers. Remember, booth badges are only for people actively working in your booth. Please contact our office for more information.

Mailing List

Please share your mailing list for the Southwest Virginia area with us. We will let your customers know all that will be offered at this Classic. We can accept most formats on disk. You may email a text file to contact@gilmoreshows.com which is tab separated, and we will even type the information if disks are not available.
